Terms of Service

Your agreement with TTMLabs PTY LTD governing use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TTMLabs platform (the "Service"), including any AI assistant features, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TTMLabs PTY LTD (ABN 66 662 501 055) ("TTMLabs", "we", "us", or "our").

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

TTMLabs provides agentic artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. These are autonomous AI agents designed to perform tasks on behalf of clients in a business context. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• AI agent deployment and configuration
• Task automation and execution
• Integration with third-party services (email, calendar, CRM, etc.)
• Usage-based billing and account management
• Ongoing support and maintenance

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email address, and business details. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any API keys or tokens issued to you. You must immediately notify TTMLabs at info@ttmlabs.ai if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. TTMLabs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (email accounts, calendars, messaging platforms, etc.) to your AI agent, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to grant the agent access to those services. You are solely responsible for the scope of permissions you grant to your agent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Service to generate spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
• Using the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Using the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of TTMLabs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTMLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall TTMLabs' total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. TTMLabs may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

TTMLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
