Disclaimer
Important limitations on the use and reliance of AI-generated outputs
AI Output Disclaimer
TTM Labs AI agents are sophisticated autonomous systems, but they are not infallible. AI-generated content, research, communications, and decisions may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs.
All agent outputs should be reviewed by a qualified human before being relied upon, acted on, or shared with third parties.
TTM Labs makes no warranty that agent outputs are accurate, complete, current, legally compliant, or fit for any particular purpose. Agents may misinterpret instructions, act on outdated information, or produce results that do not align with your intent. You accept full responsibility for reviewing agent outputs and bear all consequences of acting on unreviewed agent outputs.
Not Professional Advice
The Service is a business automation tool, not a source of professional advice. Nothing produced by an AI agent constitutes:
- Legal advice — consult a qualified Australian legal practitioner for legal matters
- Financial advice — consult a licensed financial adviser (AFS Licence holder under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) for financial decisions
- Tax advice — consult a registered tax agent (registered under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth)) for tax matters
- Medical or health advice — consult a qualified medical professional for health matters
- Accounting advice — consult a CPA or registered accountant for accounting matters
- Insurance advice — consult a licensed insurance broker or adviser
Reliance on agent-generated content for professional decisions is entirely at your own risk. TTM Labs expressly disclaims any liability for consequences arising from such reliance.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. TTM Labs does not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Service
- That the Service will be error-free or free from defects
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
- Specific response times or task completion times
- The ongoing availability of any particular third-party integration
Planned and unplanned maintenance may occur. TTM Labs will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance, but cannot guarantee that unplanned outages will not occur. Critical business processes should not rely solely on the Service without appropriate contingency plans.
Third-Party Content
When an AI agent conducts web research, it may access and summarise content from third-party websites. TTM Labs does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content accessed or summarised by agents. Third-party information may be inaccurate, outdated, or subject to copyright. Always verify information from primary sources before relying on it.
Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and all actions taken by your agent on your behalf, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, without limitation:
- Spam Act 2003 (Cth) — governing commercial electronic messages
- Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles
- Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth))
- Any industry-specific regulations applicable to your business (e.g., financial services, healthcare, legal)
- Laws governing email marketing, data protection, and electronic communications in any other jurisdictions in which you operate
- Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) where applicable to your business activities
TTM Labs is not responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with laws applicable to your specific business or jurisdiction.
